We analyze our visitor data with the help of an external service provider. For this purpose, we share the data obtained from the use of IP research with Pulserio AG, Schellenrainstrasse 13, 6210 Sursee, Switzerland, Categories of data subjects are website visitors and users of our web services. The purpose of the processing is the evaluation of the data obtained from IP research for lead generation.

Facebook Pixel

Facebook Pixel - officially called Visitor Action Pixel - is a tracking plugin that we have embedded on our website to track user behavior. This allows us to see which customers come to our site via Facebook and what actions (e.g. newsletter subscription or product purchase) they take there.

Facebook Pixel does not collect anonymous or pseudonymous, but personal data. If users click on an ad and land on the company's website, Facebook Pixel draws an accurate picture of the user's behavior. In the process, a cookie collects the data and links it to the user profile. In this way, both Facebook and the company receive the data. And: Facebook stores this data on its servers in the USA. 

The data is personal data. These are particularly protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG).  Page operators must therefore observe various obligations under data protection law.

We collect personal data that you volunteer when contacting us (e.g. by email to We use the data you provide exclusively for processing your enquiry. The data of job applicants is protected in line with statutory requirements and erased without undue delay. We would like to point out that the transmission of data via the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be exposed to security gaps. The consistent protection of data against unauthorised access by third parties is not possible in this context.
