High-performance vacuuming of dry materials
The Cerberus is the KAISER MORO vehicle designed to perform heavy-duty vacuum operations with dry materials, but in the twin boost version it can perform as a tremendously powerful vacuum excavator. There are various fields of operation for the Cerberus, such as oil refineries, cement plants, power plants, foundries and chemical industries. The Cerberus can be supplied with a high-tipping mechanism, which can be used to discharge the material at a height of 2,350 mm from ground level in the maximum lift condition. A fully hydraulic articulated four-segment suction boom/arm with a 250 mm diameter suction hose can be installed on the rear door of the tank.
Efficiency, quietness and easy servicing
The KAISER MORO vacuum system incorporates high-vacuum blowers with an air flow rate ranging from 6,000 m3/h to a maximum level of 16,500 m3/h at a maximum vacuum of 93%. The soundproof cowling in stainless steel and internally panelled with acoustic insulating material reduces the noise emissions for a maximum comfort in the use of Cerberus.
The cleaning of the filter bags is assured by means of counter-current compressed air jets. To make the filtering baghouse cleaning operation easier, Cerberus can be equipped with a filter bag lifting system, which elevates the filter bags so that they can be cleaned and washed without the need to remove them from the container.
